LET’S CELEBRATE!
ALL PARTIES INCLUDE


2 hours of exclusive use of Bay & Bee: 20 minutes to set up, 90 minutes for the party, 10 minutes for clean up!

Two staff members, including a party coordinator, to set up, clean up and help facilitate your party

Cutting and service of cake/cupcakes
Clean up (so you can enjoy the party!)
Invite as many adults as you would like. Our party table seats 14 children, so if you plan on having more children in attendance, please let us know!

Standard Party:
Includes all of the above 

You supply paper goods, utensils, food, beverages, cake/desserts, and favors.


Custom Party:
Our Party Coordinator, yours truly, can make your party fabulous and easy, planning every single detail: from cutlery, custom banners, party hats, cupcake toppers, to food, drinks, and goodie bags matching your chosen theme, guests’ age and dietary preferences. It could be just décor, food or goodie bags, or you could walk into a full decorated and catered to your theme party!

1 hr of music, dancing, and various instruments by our favorite musician Mr. Eric Wendorf
Kids Yoga Class $60 -30 minutes of fun yoga poses and music
Additional 30 minutes of Party Time $60

What is provided by Bay & Bee?
We have two 2.5’x6’ tables that we lower down to kid-height for the children’s eating table.
One additional 2.5’x6’ tables available for your use for food and beverages.
One round table or smaller rectangular table (2’x4.5’) for cake and desserts.
One 2" Rectangle table for beverages.

We have light sand-colored tablecloths you are welcome to use – perfect neutral color to go with any theme!
A large glass beverage dispenser – great for tea, lemonade, or just ice water (please bring your own ice!)
Metal bin, great for using as a cooler for juice, waters, adult beverages, etc.
A small speaker system with auxiliary cord – you are welcome to bring your own music or use our iPod playlist!

Does Bay & Bee have a refrigerator or oven?
We do not have a full kitchen with an oven. We do have a small microwave and mini-fridge, space is limited so please let us know in advance if you may need it!

When can we drop off decorations?
We encourage you to drop off any decorations and non-perishables during the week prior to your party – please Label all bags/boxes with your name/date/time of party! It’s helpful to drop off anything you can before your party day – it’s that much less for you to worry about the day of, and our party staff can also begin setting up before you are scheduled to arrive. Please make sure decorations are already assembled, if they have multiple small pieces and balloons inflated.

Decorations
Please keep in mind that there are only 20 minutes to set up your party. You will have 2 staff members to help you, but that time does go quickly.

If you are bringing balloons, they must be filled off site. Balloons take a while to blow up and we do not have a helium tank.

- We have plain table cloths, but if you 'd like to bring your own please bring  2 round, 3 Rectangle.

There is one 2.5"x 6ft table for food.
a 3.5" diameter table for desert
a 2ft rectangle table for drinks
a 5x6" square table (which uses two standard table cloths) for children to sit at.


How early can we arrive before our party?
Between Member Hours and Parties we are busy cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing the space for your party! We ask that you arrive no more than 20 minutes before your scheduled party time!

What is the general party schedule?
20 minutes of set up/finishing touches
15 minutes of Arrivals/Welcome
60 minutes of Play time with friends
15 minutes of Cake and goodbyes!
10 minutes of Clean up

Does Bay & Bee offer a gift registry?
Yes! We have a selection of natural, sustainable, educational toys for babies and toddlers; feel free to come into the store to create a registry to share with your guests. Party guests can even order over the phone or online and we will have it wrapped and waiting for the birthday boy or girl when they arrive on the big day!

Do you have a high chair available?
Yes! We have a white plastic high chair available for use. It is the perfect size for a first birthday smash cake!

What is there for guests to do?
Adults are able to mingle and socialize while the children play. There is plenty to do to entertain children of all ages. Build and play with a 36ft train track, explore the Cedarworks play set and house, create something with Tegu Magnetic Wooden Blocks, become a superhero or doctor with our dress-up selection, have a tea party or pretend farmers market outing in our kitchen area, make an artwork masterpiece, discover all of our puzzles, books, blocks, fine motor skill toys by Haba and Plan Toys.




In the event you need to cancel your party,  you can re-book for a different day at no extra charge.
Full Cancellations, with notice 48 hrs before your party date, $50 is non- refundable.

Full Cancellations in the 48hrs window are non-refundable.
